These CpmBid Advertising Terms ("Terms") are entered into by "CpmBid" and the entity executing or accepting these Terms electronically ("Advertiser"). These Terms govern the Advertiser’s participation in CpmBid's advertising services. By using our services, the Advertiser agrees to comply with these Terms.
Advertiser authorizes CpmBid to display advertisements across its network and partner sites. The positioning, frequency, and visibility of ads are solely determined by CpmBid.
Advertiser is solely responsible for:
CpmBid does not guarantee any specific traffic volume, engagement, or conversion rates.
Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any ad violating laws or advertising policies will be removed.

Advertiser agrees to pay all charges incurred as per the agreed rates. Payments must be made in full before campaign activation.
All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in account suspension without prior notice.
CpmBid is not responsible for the performance, effectiveness, or success of any ad campaign.
CpmBid acts only as an advertising platform. We do not control, endorse, or verify the content of third-party advertisements.
In no event shall CpmBid be liable for more than the amount paid by the Advertiser in the last 30 days before any claim.
CpmBid provides advertising services “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. We disclaim all liability related to the use of our platform.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CpmBid, its affiliates, and partners from any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from their Ads.
CpmBid is an independent ad network and has no direct relationship, partnership, or affiliation with any adult content provider, platform, or advertiser. Advertisements displayed through our network are provided by third-party advertisers, and we do not control or endorse the content. Users engage with advertised content at their own risk.
CpmBid may suspend or terminate an advertiser’s account at any time, without notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms.
CpmBid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms.
These CpmBid Publisher Terms ("Terms") are entered into by "CpmBid" and the entity executing or accepting these Terms electronically ("Publisher"). These Terms govern the Publisher’s participation in CpmBid's advertising programs and services. By using our services, the Publisher agrees to comply with these Terms.
Publisher agrees to display advertisements provided by CpmBid on their website(s) or platform(s) in compliance with these Terms.
Publisher must comply with all applicable laws, CpmBid’s policies, and advertising guidelines. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Publisher websites or platforms must not include:
CpmBid will pay the Publisher a share of the revenue generated from valid ad impressions, clicks, or other qualifying actions as per the agreed terms.
Payments will be made on a net {PAYMENT_CYCLE} basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met. Payments may be withheld for any fraudulent or invalid activity.
If fraudulent activity (such as bot traffic or click fraud) is detected, CpmBid reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments.
CpmBid does not guarantee any minimum earnings for Publishers. Revenue depends on ad performance, demand, and other market factors.
CpmBid only serves as an intermediary for advertisers. We do not endorse or control third-party advertisements displayed on Publisher sites.

CpmBid may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Publishers are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CpmBid operates.
